Quotes and orders
A project is not booked until the written quote, schedule, payment terms and approval route are accepted. Changes to artwork, specification, quantity, delivery or timing may change the price and production date.
Artwork and approvals
Clients are responsible for having the right to use supplied artwork, text, trademarks and images. Production begins from the approved proof or sample. Normal tolerances for colour, cutting, folding, binding and finishing are defined where relevant in the project specification.
Payment security
