Information you choose to share
If you email Creativity Sequence, you may provide your name, company, contact details, delivery location, project information, artwork and references. This information is used to respond, prepare a quote and manage any project you ask us to undertake.
Website data
This site does not use advertising trackers, account creation or a database-backed contact form. Basic technical logs may be processed by the hosting provider for security, reliability and abuse prevention.
The brief builder saves what you type, including your contact details, in your own browser so a half-finished brief survives a refresh. It stays on your device: nothing is sent anywhere until you press send, and then it travels as an email or WhatsApp message you send yourself. Contact details are deliberately kept out of the page address, so a link you copy and share carries the specification without carrying you. To remove a saved brief, clear this site’s data in your browser settings.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics to see how many people read each page and where they came from. We ask before anything is stored: until you accept, your visit is counted without cookies and you cannot be recognised from one visit to the next. If you accept, an analytics cookie is set so that repeat visits are counted as one person rather than several.
We do not run advertising, so advertising and personalisation cookies are switched off entirely and are never offered. Your choice is remembered in your browser. To change it, clear this site’s data in your browser settings and the question will appear again.
How information is shared
Project information may be shared with production, finishing, packing or delivery partners only where needed to price or complete the requested work. It is not sold to third parties.
Retention and your choices
Correspondence and approved production specifications may be retained for quoting, legal, accounting and reorder purposes. You can ask what personal information is held, request a correction or ask for deletion where no legal obligation requires retention.
