Process work is separated and proofed against a defined printing condition rather than against a monitor, and press sheets are read back to that condition with control patches on every sheet.
Standards · Production evidence
Quality, defined before production.
We state what will be measured, which reference will be used and which records will remain after approval. That gives brand and procurement teams a clear standard for the first run and the next.

Standards we work to
Methods and status, stated clearly.
These are working methods rather than audited certifications, and the distinction matters. Where a formal certificate is required for your tender, ask and we will confirm our current status in writing.
A grey balance strip runs on the sheet. Neutral tones often reveal drift early, before the change is obvious elsewhere in a photograph.
Colour is approved under controlled 5000K lighting. Consistent viewing conditions make the approval meaningful and repeatable.
Spot colours are matched to a physical reference on the running stock, not to a screen value. Coated and uncoated boards can shift the same ink, so the stock forms part of the approval.
Reading direction, font output and embedding, numeral systems, punctuation, panel and page order, small type and bleed are checked in house before imposition.
Certified and recycled-content papers and boards are offered as options and named on the specification, so the choice is recorded rather than assumed.
On certification
Every claim should match current evidence.
There is no ISO badge, no chain-of-custody logo and no qualification mark on this site without the supporting certification. If your procurement process requires a specific standard, tell us at the start. We will confirm our current status in writing, including any requirement we do not meet.
Ask about a specific certificationWhat you are given
Four records that keep the work accountable.
A written specification
Stock, weight, structure, colours, finishes and tolerances are agreed before production. Assumptions and exclusions are listed so the approval is unambiguous.
Signed approval sheets
The approved press sheet is kept and signed. A reprint six months later has a physical reference to match rather than someone's memory of it.
A named point of accountability
A named project lead owns the job from brief to delivery and coordinates each production stage.
Reconciliation against the delivery matrix
Multi-destination work is checked line by line against the quantity ordered for each location, with discrepancies identified during reconciliation.
Tender requirements
Send the specification and we will answer it line by line.
We will identify what is covered, what needs clarification and any requirement we cannot meet. Early clarity protects the evaluation and the schedule.
