01

Twelve to sixteen weeks: define the programme

Confirm audience tiers, approximate quantity, contents, target arrival, destination profile, budget range and who approves the creative, commercial and recipient data. Decide whether the gift must be shipped individually or delivered in bulk.

02

Eight to twelve weeks: prove the structure

Measure and weigh the real contents. Test how each item lifts, whether delicate products touch, how the box closes and how the complete pack behaves inside transit protection.

Approve the blank structure before committing to finishing. Foil can enhance the presentation, but the insert and opening sequence still need to work in their own right.

03

Six to eight weeks: lock artwork and finishes

Resolve Arabic and English hierarchy, names, messages, legal lines, foil layers, embossing tolerances and colour references. Approve a finished sample when the interaction of materials matters.

04

Three to six weeks: produce and prepare data

While boxes are in production, clean the recipient list. Use one row per recipient with a unique identifier, exact name, language, tier, address, contact, delivery note and approval status.

05

Final weeks: assemble, reconcile and release

Create an assembly standard with photographs, order of contents and rejection criteria. Reconcile products, boxes, cards and destination packs before dispatch, then hold a controlled reserve for damage or corrected data.
