Menu

Menus designed for daily service, with durable covers and replaceable content where updates are frequent. Materials and construction are chosen around handling, cleaning and reordering.

Separate long-life covers from changeable content when the venue needs tactile presentation and straightforward updates.

A strong fit when

  • Prices or dishes change more often than the venue does
  • The menu is handled frequently throughout service
  • Table and takeaway pieces need to feel like one family
  • The venue wants to reprint inners without calling anyone

Consider another format when

  • Content changes daily and a simple in-house digital insert is more practical
  • The menu is primarily digital and print has no clear role in the guest experience

How it is built

The construction decisions that shape the result.

Cut Crease Assembly
01Cover and inner split
The cover carries the more involved finishes and is designed to remain in use. The inner uses a clear digital format that can be reordered or reprinted as content changes.
02Fixing
Screw posts, elastic or a slip pocket. The fixing determines how quickly staff can replace an inner and how the menu holds up after repeated changes.
03Handling life
Cotton stock accepts a deep impression but marks more easily. Laminated board is more resistant but changes the tactile character. Separating the cover and inner can balance those needs.

Stocks we run

  • Cotton and heavy uncoated, 300–600gsm
  • Duplexed and triplexed board
  • Wipeable laminated inners
  • Recycled uncoated for takeaway

Finishes available

  • Letterpress
  • Blind emboss
  • Foil on covers
  • Edge painting
  • Round-cornering

Quantities and lead time

Both depend on structure, stock and finish, and quoting them without a live brief would be misleading. Share the job and we will price the specification against your date.

Menu questions

Useful before we begin.

01Can we reprint the inners ourselves?

Yes, when the inner is designed for that workflow. We can prepare a repeatable format and record the stock, size and production settings so the venue can reorder or print updates without redesigning the whole menu.

Specify the project

Let us shape the right menu around the job.

Share the contents, dimensions, quantity, finish direction and delivery date. We will identify the decisions that need a sample, proof or structural check.
