Production control

Each check has an owner and an approval record. That is how repeatable production replaces a general promise of quality.

Site and artwork preflight
Dimensions, surfaces, viewing conditions, access and fixing are checked alongside Arabic and English reading direction, resolution, bleed, panel order and separate finish layers.

Material and application
Media, film, fabric, hardware and finishing are selected around the environment, required opacity, handling, duration and installation method.
- 03
Colour and proofing
The proof is chosen around the risk: a colour target, printed material test, scaled panel, finished sample or physical dummy. Each approval records what it is intended to prove.

Panels, versions and scale
Large artwork is checked at production size. Panel joins, safe areas, Arabic and English versions, pane sequence and destination quantities are identified before release.

Finishing and fabrication
Edges, seams, pockets, eyelets, cutting, mounting and hardware fit are checked against the approved specification before the work reaches site.
- 06
Installation and delivery
Work is protected, labelled and released against its destination. Where installation is included, site access, sequence and completion requirements are confirmed in the project scope.
For technical evaluation
Current equipment and capacity, documented.
Large-format printers, finishing and fabrication resources, installation capability, supporting presses and bindery, and current capacity can be issued as a dated document with the vendor pack. Technical evaluators receive current information rather than an undated web claim.
